Neyapsak is a web app that suggests random places to go in İzmir. We don't collect, sell, or market your personal data. This page explains how we process what little we handle, and what access we ask for.

Location: If you use the "Near me" option, your browser asks for GPS coordinates. Those coordinates are used only to handle that one request — never stored on our server, never shared with third parties.

Technical info: Your browser automatically sends your IP address, device type, and browser type to our server. We keep this only for basic system logs and share it with no one.

Cookies: Neyapsak uses no tracking cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies.

When you open a suggested place in Google Maps or Apple Maps, you're handed off to those services. From that point on, their own privacy policy applies.

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698) you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing. But since Neyapsak stores no personal data, there is in practice no data for these rights to act on.
